On the resignation of D. V. Livanov and the appointment of O.Y. Vasilyeva as the Minister of Education and Science of Russian Federation

The International Coordinating Council of Russian-Speaking Academic Science Association (RASA) expresses keen gratitude to D.V. Livanov for his great work as the Minister of Education and Science of Russian Federation in improving relations with the science diaspora. We wish him success in his future work. We are counting on the continuation of strengthening of international science relations and cooperation with the scientists-compatriots, who work abroad, and we are ready for a constructive collaboration in this direction with the new Ministry leadership for the benefit of science and the scientific community of Russia. We are hoping that Russian science and higher education will take their rightful place in the world, and we are ready to contribute to the accomplishment of this important and necessary for Russia goal.
