This year&#8217;s conference is organized in collaboration with the <em>Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers<\/em> (IEEE) and dedicated to the 130-th anniversary birth anniversary of outstanding Russian and American engineer, \u00a0inventor and pioneer of television \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vladimir_K._Zworykin\">Vladimir K. Zworykin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionally the conferences feature scientific presentations by leading Russian-speaking and other scientists from many diverse disciplines, panel discussions on the subjects of participation of Russian-speaking diaspora in development of science in Russia, international collaboration, global education and support of young generation of scientists.
